We are a real OEM backpack manufacturer and bag manufacturing factory located in Quanzhou, China. We do not just pass orders to others. Because we run our own workshop and buy fabrics, zippers, and hardware directly from long-term raw material suppliers, we can give you direct factory prices, true quality control, and reliable delivery dates.
Yes. For our stock styles and private-label programs, orders can start from 50 pieces. For custom designs — new patterns, materials, or structures — MOQ typically starts around 300 pieces, but it really depends on how complex your project is; some simpler changes can go lower. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll give you a straight answer.
We can make custom samples based on your design files, 2D drawings, reference photos, or even a detailed description. If you don’t have a final design, you can choose our existing styles and add your logo. OEM and ODM customization are both welcomed.
Yes. If you want to check our materials and workmanship first, we can send you our existing factory samples for free (you just pay the shipping fee). For custom samples made from your specific design, we charge a basic sample fee to cover the material and worker cost. This sample fee is fully refundable once you place the bulk production order.
Usually, it takes 3 to 5 days to finish a custom sample after we confirm the details. Once the sample is finished, we will send you clear photos and videos for review, or mail it to you. If you need any adjustments (like changing a pocket or adjusting a strap), we can modify it until you are 100% satisfied.
Yes, factory visits are always welcomed. We encourage clients to visit our production facility in Quanzhou to see our workshop, equipment, and ongoing production firsthand. If an in-person visit isn’t possible, we can also arrange a live video tour on request.
For our in-stock styles, private-label orders can start from just 50 pieces — subject to current stock availability. If your preferred style isn’t currently in stock, we’ll let you know the options based on your specific project.
Yes. We provide custom logo printing, embroidery, labels, packaging and material customization for brands and businesses.
We run quality checks at every stage of production: incoming material and accessory inspection, in-line QC during production, final inspection, and pre-shipment checking. We also have in-house testing equipment for color fastness, vibration, tensile strength, and zipper durability so your bags won’t have quality issues later.
Yes. We can provide clear photos or videos at key production stages so you can track your ongoing production progress remotely without leaving your office.
We have our own reliable, export-standard packaging system—normally, each bag is packed in a protective polybag, and then loaded into strong 5-layer corrugated cartons. However, we are fully flexible. If your brand has specific retail packaging requirements, we can completely customize the carton sizes, printing, custom shipping marks, and barcode stickers based on your needs.
Bulk production typically takes about 30 days after sample approval and order confirmation. Shipping time depends on the method: express shipping for small orders usually takes 5-10 days, while sea freight for large-volume or container orders takes about 20-35 days. Exact timing may vary depending on product style, quantity, materials, and customization complexity.
